Sales Policy

Conditions: All orders implies acceptance of these conditions.

Prices: All prices are in Canadian dollars (wholesale prices) and can be changed without notice.
Terms of Payment: All orders are payable by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal.

Minimum Order: Minimum order is $75.00.

Shipping and fees: Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be added to your invoice. Dubart ship F.O.B. Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.

Order acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit the quantity ordered. In this event, you will be notified.

Returns policy: With the exception of specific situations (see below), all the sales are firm and final.

Damages to the parcel: In the event that your order is damaged in transit, it must be signalled to the delivery person immediately. So that we can replace your order and for the insurance purposes, we have to have a proof of the damages. Prior to returning any products to us, please contact us to obtain an authorization number. The authorization will only be given for some exceptional situations. We request that you return your damaged package to us using your courier. Please ensure that all items are packaged securely and covered by insurance during transit. The product returned shall be accompanied by the authorization number described above.

If your item is lost during shipment, we will replace it for you at no extra charge. For insurance purposes, we need to wait until the maximum delivery time has expired.

Anomaly: All orders are carefully checked before shipment. Any irregularity must be reported to us immediately.

Color variations: Due to colors variations in browsers and screens, there may be instances where the color shown on our website does not match the actual reproduction. Exchange or return cannot be accepted for color variations.

Parcels packaging: We make sure your parcel is well packed to prevent damages during shipment. Each item is carefully wrapped to avoid damages.

Dimensions: All measurements shown on our website are provided for reference and may contain approximations.
Customs charges: For shipping outside Canada, customs and brokerage charges, if applicable, are chargeable to the customer. We (Dubart) are not responsible for additional customs charges which can be possibly charged by customs. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or your local post office for further information.
